I would want to understand your goals; what's working for you and what isn't... I would want to know what are you doing about it... I would ask what can we, together, do about it... Then you and I could work the through issues, find the opportunity, choose the right tools, and construct an action plan that would help you achieve those goals. For now though, it is mouse clicks between us instead of coffee, but the dialogue is real.
